Relationships take effort. Even strong partnerships can lose their way under the weight of stress, miscommunication, or emotional distance. Our relationship therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect, and rebuild the trust and closeness that brought you together in the first place.

Whether you’re working through conflict, healing from a rupture, or simply wanting to feel more in sync with your partner, we’ll support you with curiosity, care, and practical tools that make a difference.

Our Therapy Style

We offer a non-judgmental space for all types of partnerships.

​We draw on the Gottman Method, a research-backed framework that focuses on:

  • Strengthening emotional bonds

  • Navigating conflict with respect and skill

  • Rebuilding trust when it’s been broken

  • Clarifying shared goals and values

For those wanting support with sex and intimacy, we first begin with relationship therapy to assess

 your overall relationship. If the only issues you face are related to sex we will then focus on sexology based relationship therapy. ​

​

We’re also sex-positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and we welcome couples and relationship groupings of all kinds.

Relationship Therapy Process

Sessions are confidential, however,  we practice transparency and won’t hold individual “secrets” that could impact the work with your partner. This builds trust and clarity in the therapeutic process.
